EPIC DAY 1

What a start to the 2013 camp! The day started off with a beauty 2.5km ocean swim in some of the clearest waters I have ever experienced on the big island. We came back to the house for a delicious bfast made by the superb Sarah before heading off on the long ride. Getting back on the Queen K brought back a lot of memories from last year’s camp and immediately put a smile on my face. Today’s ride involved a 10km King of the Mountain climb, with coach T DOMINATING! She rocks my socks The total for today’s ride ended up being 165km followed by a solid 10km run along Alii Drive. Couldn’t have asked for a better day! Off to bed!
