Day 1 is wrapped up, and nobody can argue that today wasn’t epic! We rode the IM course today and the 1500m climb back up to our beautiful home for the week is what sealed the deal on making things epic.
This is my first Epic Camp, and I am excited to be here with amazing women and coaches. I get to push my limits for 8 days with women who have raced 10+ IMs and are seasoned veterans of Epic Camp. The support and coaching from David, Etiene, and Tara is amazing.
I look forward to 7 more days of doing what I love to do- train with a focus. And, I know I am surrounded by the right people to push, persevere, and make sure my legs keep making circles and keep putting one foot in front of the other.
