Epic Day 6

Day 6 already? The day started with a solo 10km 6am run along Ali’i Drive… once again beyond beautiful. Then came a tough ride south to the Monoloa Volcano. The winds were in our favour compared to last year’s gusts and the scenery was incredible. The last 50+km were all uphill and TOUGH… not just physically, but very mentally challenging to keep focused and push through. But we made it! Another epic day on the saddle. Onwards to Day 7…
