Epic Day 3

What an amazing 3rd day here in Paradise. The day started off with a 6am solo 10km run into town and back. There was something magical about running in Kona as the sun came up over the ocean. Then came an epic day on the bike starting at 8am. The ride up to Hawi was absolutely stunning, with the winds in our favour. After a quick stop for lunch, a few of us took off up the mighty Kohala mountains. We made it home in one piece… 210+km later! Just in time for a recovery massage with the incredible Geno and a delicious dinner! Time to catch some zzz’s before another big day tomorrow! Aloha!
