Day 6 CLIMB

I can’t believe how many of the epic rockstars 1) even attempted the volcano climb and 2) made it up! Mommy T blew my mind with her grit and determination only a few months after giving birth and with very little recent training under her belt, but she did that climb, 10k straight up 9000ft and a 17% grade with poise! How great to have so many people cheering us all on too. Beyond the climb though, the winds getting out there were blowing us all sideways so we were riding something like 10km an hour and giving it everything. That in itself made for an epic day….we didn’t have that last year. Relatively speaking, we climbed it fresh last year–way to go ladies.
