Day 7 of Heaven

A looonnnggg day at the office. Started off with a 10km run at 6:45am with my Angels AZ and Doc Z. We ended our run at the pier for our 3km ocean swim. Turns out Lance Armstrong was there swimming as well! Some of the gals got to take a picture with him in a speedo… I need to learn how to swim faster next time so that I don’t miss it!!
From there, a 180km ride was on tap. With my legs being completely fried I was nervous about our last long bike. Just had to put my head down, stay positive, and grind it out. My fellow Torontonians are damn FAST… love just being out there sharing the road with such an awesome crew. I am so inspired by each and every one of them. Ended the day off with a massage and din. Now time to sleep before the big finale tomorrow…. 6k swim and 20k run. Night!
